Initial
Discussion.
This will be the first meeting between the customer and
advisor, at this stage the discussions will enable the customer
to choose if TIC is the right company to arrange their finances
and the way in which the customer wishes to pay their advisor.
The advisor will begin to assess if there are areas of financial
planning that we can help them with.
Fact Finding
At this stage the advisor will look in detail at the customers
financial plans and goals, both current circumstances and
future aspirations, the existing plans, tax status and personal
details and attitudes towards investment will all be considered.
Research
Following the fact find the advisor will establish all
the areas of the customers finances that should be addressed
or rearranged to improve the customers current situation
and work towards their goals.
When the areas have been established the market place will
be researched to find the most appropriate contract available
from one of the best companies to meet your current needs and circumstances.
Presenting Guidance
The advisor will, in plain English explain his advice
to the customer and the reasons behind his advice; this will
also be provided in written form. The customer then is able
to consider what the recommendations are and take the action
that they deem most appropriate for them
Following on from the Presentation meeting the customer and
advisor will decide what level of contact the customer
wants from TIC and when it will be appropriate to meet again.
